We have lodges all over 9 LGA within Kano State Metropolitan area for now, Others are coming soon.
1. Agreement fee of at MINIMUM NGN 5000 and MAXIMUM NGN 15,000 will be paid by Corps member on first rent payment,
2. To Inspect any of our lodges, Corps member is to pay NGN 1500 to our field agent immediately he/she shows you the apartment.
3. Our lodge is subjected to monthly inspection to ensure all the amenities are properly maintained and not over used
4. Lodge rent payment must be paid within 12 months interval, which is due at the end of the eleventh month, and expected to be paid in full before expiration.
5. Our lodges comes with some basic amenities like mattresses, ceiling fan, cooking gas, interior deco etc.
6. Sharing a room with an opposite sex is not allowed

We have space in our lodges and also can connect you, in every nook and crannies of the state, lets hook you up.
RENT PRICE: Fixed cost of at least NGN 2500 for the Registration and submission of enquire to our office.
PAYMENT DURATION: NGN 2500 will be paid per day directly to the HOST, after the first days on a daily basis, till you are sure you want to stay permanently or leave our LOGDE/HOST.
FACILITIES: Sleeping materials: Mattresses etc.
LODGE AREAS: Hotoro (Nassarawa LGA), BUK New site (Gwale, Kumbosto LGA), Zoo road/Zaria Road (Taruani LGA), Sabogeri (Fagge LGA)
1. Sharing a room with an opposite sex is not allowed
2. As the GUEST, shareable apartment demands the host to share his/her bedspace, cooking utensils, bathroom etc. with you.
3. You are expected to submit the TENANCY & AGREEMENT FORM to our KOPASKONET HEAD OFFICE before you be assigned to any of our lodges to stay

5. We had made available sleeping materials to ensure everyone get a comfortable space to abode in, which will be issued to each corps member from our office, however some may already be in the lodges.
6. Pairing up is possible if you have friend from camp.

Do you know of Vacant space close to you or you are packing out soon from your own space?
We have many request already pending and needing urgent attention.
- Kopaskonet will not be held liable to any cost of capturing and uploading of vacant apartment.
- Any uploaded apartment is expected to be within your reach so that when we need to inspect, it will be accessible.
- Kopaskonet ensure each time you show any of our prospective client the vacant apartment you get transportation fare of NGN 1000 only.
- Other payment will be paid after client pay for the rent and a total or in range of NGN 5000 to NGN 10,000 depending on rent paid as commission.

SHARABLE PARTNERSHIP: Make at least NGN2500 per night for a month after orientation camp, for sharing your space with a fellow corps members
TRANSFER PARTNERSHIP: Get commission for your rent with some month left yet to expire, transferred to us. NGN5,000 – 10,000
REFERRAL PARTNERSHIP: Make cash prize of NGN2500 for referring a fellow corp member to our lodge, upon successful payment.
FIELD AGENT: Make instant cash of NGN1000 for taking a fellow corp member on inspection to our lodge, and upon rent payment you get paid a commission fee of NGN5000
REQUIREMENT: Free time (3pm-6pm), Android Phone, City Navigation, Good Communication skill, Good Bargaining & Negotiating skills, Reside in any of the 8 LGA in the Metropolitan part of Kano State.
