1. Agreement fee of at MINIMUM NGN 10,000 and MAXIMUM NGN 15,000 will be paid by Corps member on first rent payment,

2. To Inspect any of our lodges, Corps member is to pay NGN 1000 to our field agent immediately he/she shows you the apartment.

3. Our lodge is subjected to monthly inspection to ensure all the amenities are properly maintained and not over used

4. Lodge rent payment must be paid for a duration of a year.
